digitized + graded pattern package
The Pattern Digitizing & Grading Package is for brands that have developed sample patterns on paper and need them digital or are ready to shift from producing studio one-offs to factory production. Once you send in your sample-size paper patterns, I’ll digitize and meticulously review them to make sure they are optimized for production sewing. We’ll discuss any concerns before the pattern is graded into your size range. Once done, you’ll receive back a digital, production-ready pattern file graded in your size range that will help your factory make your design with consistent quality.
A perfect tech pack will…

•Have all the specifics of your design in writing in case something goes wrong
•Minimize misunderstandings and prevent production errors
•Save time and money on development and samples
•Get your product on the market sooner
A “spec sheet” with exact points of measurements from a final perfect pattern should be included in every tech pack. The spec sheet can then be used to mark/grade your sample size into the other sizes in your production run.
Unless you call out all the details, construction and dimensions of your design, with tolerances for each, there is no way a sewer can accurately guess what you want.
